Such Non-personal Information does not enable us to identify the Visitor or User from whom it was collected. The Non-personal Information collected by us mainly consists of technical and aggregated usage information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing activity, non-identifying information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.

5. How we Store Information

The Website is hosted on the Krystal Hosting (the Provider) platform. The Provider provides us with the online platform that allows us to display our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through The Provider’s data storage, databases and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

The Company may also store customers’ and agents’ data on its own secure server.

6. How we Contact Site Users

We will contact site visitors in response to any request for product information or technical support.
We may contact representatives whose details we display on the Website to notify them about technical issues with the Website, to inform them of matters pertaining to relevant Company operations or about product updates.
We do not currently operate marketing campaigns or intend to send unsolicited messages to those users whose data we hold.

7. Editing Data or Withdrawing Consent

If we hold personal data due to your having previously contacted us and you wish to access, amend anything - or no longer wish us to hold your data at all, please send a request to admin@avalonelectronics.co.uk
